1. Professional Employer Organisation Services (PEOS):
We manage outsourcing of payroll, workers’ compensation, human resources and employee benefits administration. We do this by hiring and seconding our employees to client companies. We are their employer of record but lease our employees under contract to clients.
We recruit for various positions from drivers to ‘C’ level executives. We have an already existing database of qualified personnel to assist institutions with replacement or relief staff in the event of managing the disruptions that are attendant with staff attrition. We are partners with Eurosearch & Selection UK who assist with expatriate recruitments.

4. Payroll Management:
Our payroll management is used in managing salaries, benefits and incentives for well over 1000 staff spread across over 8 of our current clients. It makes use of an intuitive Human Resource and Payroll system that allows for managing staff and staff issues deployed across numerous organizations. The Payroll system ensures just one source of data entry and a complete ownership of the payroll process. The employee benefits solution manages additional benefits such as health care, pensions, shares and providing information to employees to assist them make the right financial decisions for the future.
5. Expatriate Payroll Management:
A unique offering which enables us manage the payroll collection cycle for expatriates in the Nigerian market allowing the client and Expatriate assignee focus on the job.
