COURSE OVERVIEW

Meetings are conducted almost every day in organizations but mostly without the skills or methodology to do so in order to achieve a meaningful outcome. At the end many hours are wasted in unproductive time. Both employees and clients will be disgruntled and an organization cannot progress at this rate with this kind of behavior in its workforce.
