The global pandemic (Corona Virus) has more or less altered the way business operations are conducted today. Working from home (WFH), distance learning and online trainings are becoming buzz words charactering how knowledge is being disseminated. Therefore, technology has to be embraced if businesses are to operate effectively and competitively. The key question is ‘Are you ready to lead your team in this rapidly changing world?’
