COURSE OVERVIEW

Negotiation is a process where two or more parties with different needs and goals discuss an issue to find a mutually acceptable solution. Good negotiators contribute significantly to business success as they help in building better relationships. Deals can fail to materialize because of poor negotiation skills and good negotiation skills yield winning results. This course will equip participants with excellent negotiation skills that lead to striking and winning on big deals and result in business growth.
